This was my husbands and mine first cruise and first vacation alone together after 12 years. The cruise ship smelled horrible like sewage .The food was absolutely horrible. We pretty much lived off of scrambled eggs and ice cream for 5 days. At the formal dining night the table next to us sent their food back. Meanwhile my husband had received his food which he had sent back and I was still waiting on my tea. We ended up getting up and leaving without me eating and him getting another option.

The shows were good and we enjoyed them. My husband was denied a drink during one of the shows. We had just said down and someone came over and he asked and they just walked away. We had the Cheers card where our drinks were free but on numerous occasions we never received a drink brought back to us. Our steward was great and always took care of us.

On the day we went to Half Moon Cay and they had a bar b que we went and got our food and it was cold. Every morning on the buffet there was baked beans. These beans were dried out under the heat lamp and looked to be the same beans every day that no one touched. Baked beans at breakfast was a new one on me. When we went to disembarkation we were stuck in the stairwell and couldn't get off. At the bottom a Carnival Worker yelled out "if everyone would have read their instructions then it wouldn't be this hard. We can't do out jobs if you don't do yours". He was very rude.

Our cabin was clean and always kept up by a great steward.
