I just returned from a 15 Transatlantic cruise on The Oosterdam.. There was nothing about the ship that I didn't like. The food, staff, entertainment and overall appearance of the ship was outstanding.
It was my first time on a HAL ship. I suspect it won't be the last.
The staff were very genuine whenever they greeted me. Microsoft had a person to teach all of the Microsoft programs. She was excellent and the classes were always over full.

The cabin was a typical balcony cabin except that instead of a shower it had a bath tub. That made taking a shower easier. The bed was really comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. The cabin was also very quiet, almost no noise from the outside.
