My husband and I are Diamond Plus Members and are in our 60's so we have done many cruises. Getting on and off the ship was a breeze. We live in Florida and drive to the port and we were on/off within 20-25 minutes. We have done Allure and Oasis, Harmony is different than these 2 ships in a few ways. First the ship seemed crowded everywhere we went. I don't know why but on Oasis and Allure we never felt that way. They did away with the Champagne bar which we always enjoyed in its place is the Bionic Bar, which didn't thrill us. The food in the dining room was not great, they were very understaffed. So after 2 nights of eating there we stopped. We went to Wonderland one night and it was fabulous. If you like different foods and are not a picky eater this place is great. Very difference experience and we loved it. Another night we ate at Johnny Rockets, the food was good the service was not. The rest of the nights we ate at the Windjammer which we enjoyed. The service was great and the food choices were also.

We were in Room 12190 a Balcony. The new beds and pillows we hated. The bed was as hard a cement. We asked our room Steward Berris if they had any foam toppers and he said no, but later came back and said "I will see what I can do to make it better". I am not sure what he did but it worked to some extent. Berris was great, he kept our room clean and ice bucket filled.

The shows were very good. No complaints except we have seen Tony Tillman way too many times. He was the headliner show.
