Basically 2 cruises - Bermuda and then Nassau & Half Moon Cay. Both were nice cruises - itinerary change cased us to lose one evening in Bermuda due to rough seas heading back to Charleston. Other wise, the cruises were nice and relaxing.

Now, about the ship. Yes, she is one of the oldest in the fleet. Some places on the ship are "rode hard and put up wet". The couches and chairs in the Society Bar have no springs, so you essentially sit on the floor! The ventilation system in Stripes Nightclub and the Casio needs to be upgraded. Cigarette smoke is horrible. Little minor things should be able to be fixed while at sea. I saw electricians, carpenters, upholsterers all over this ship, but not really working much. Why can't they work while we are cruising? Why wait for dry dock?

Other than that, the "bolt on" balcony was very nice - we were at the back of deck 6 - Upper - and the only real issue was the 2 letters we got that they were going to clean the balcony - which never seemed to happen! Oh, and the smoker next door.

Charleston

Charleston is a wonderful city. Just need to get the new port built!
