Ported up on an extremely busy Sunday in Naples, spent some time shopping, having coffie and investigating surroundings, as Been before.

Rome (Civitavecchia)

Booked Tuscanybus, very good. Get the Porto2000 bus on disembarkation for €5 pp rtn to centre, then just where you exit Porto 2000 bus wait for Tuscanybus. Very well organised company.
Lovley plesent sunny day had in Pisa, amazing pictures from the top of the tower.
Wonderful day had here.

Beautiful, wonderful scenery, beautiful weather, we will return here without doubt.

Toulon

Embarkation day was not great, thundery rain, so we negated any trips for this reason

Venice

The ship is in need of dry dock, but then so was the Epic (only a few years old) last year on our cruise then, I believe the Spirit is in dry dock in upcoming in the next few months, despite that, it is kept well both externally and internally.It is, or should be irrelevant to each review of the Spirit-the fact it is one of the oldest in the Jewel class is right out there for every one to acknowledge, I would say that on booking or when selecting a cruise, if the age of the ship is a major factor, perhaps avoid booking in the first instance.
