My son actually picked out the cruise. It was his Christmas present, a little early, from me.

The staff was very attentive and helpful, especially Nicki at the schooner bar, Dorron, room steward, and Dragos, the head waiter. The water was so smooth I never felt the waves. It did rain on a sea day, but you can't control mother nature. The ship was recently in dry dock, so updated. The food was satisfactory, but the chops meal was excellent, the filet was fabulous. My son loves French onion soup and he raved over it in Chops. My only complaint was the room size. It was small with an outside cabin with a.porthole.Thankfully the waves were small so that i didn't fall out of the shower, tiny. Being a smaller ship there was none of the pushing and waiting of the mega liners. Overall I was give the cruise a 9.5.
