Sunrise in Alaska

I had never been to Alaska and always wanted to go. This was a good opportunity at the right time. The restaurants are very comfortable, the food is terrific, and the service could not be better.

One of the things that I really liked was the ability to walk around the ship on deck 3. During the week-long cruise, I managed to walk about 45 miles and returned home without gaining any weight.

The day spent in Glacier Bay was a very memorable experience. The glaciers were magnificent, and some were very noisy (much to my surprise). The ability of the ship to get right up close to the face of the glaciers was almost beyond belief. I was able to get many photos that day, and will never forget the experience.
