This cruise was chosen because of my niece's 50th birthday. This cruise was a disappointment to me. The service was not up to its usual standard, the activities were scheduled poorly and the food in the dining room was not as good as I am accustomed to on Carnival. The past guest party was the worst I've ever attended. I ran into several cruisers that echoed my sentiments. The Cruise Critic meet and greet was scheduled for the final sea day of the cruise at the same time as the St. Jude's function. There were two sea days prior to this time that it could have been held, it would have been a good opportunity to meet other Cruise Critic members. As it was I wound up attending St. Jude's and my husband went to the meet and greet, No one was there. The steakhouse was wonderful and worth the upcharge.
