Our embarkation went very smoothly as did disembarkation. Disembarkation was slower than embarkation but considering the number of passengers this was expected.

The Diamond lounge was pathetic, even with 3 venues open they could not accommodate the number of members on board (approximately 2600) the Diamond Concierge had a few members that he clicked with and would spend the time socializing with however if you were not in that click he had not time for you.. We liked to meet our friends in the lounge but it was only the company that made it worthwhile. We like to meet new people but if were in there alone the concierge would come and ask for the chairs from your table to seat members of his click, leaving you sitting all by yourselves with no chairs for others to join you

The food in the lounge left something to be desired usually franks and all they lacked was the beans
