We love leaving from our home port of Baltimore (15 minutes away); plus the embarkation is smooth as silk on Grandeur. Debarkation was smooth too just a little slow going through customs; however, we requested the latest (we were literally last!) debark time because of our ride pick-up time.

Overall the cruise was very nice and we couldn't ask for a better crew. The weather was could have been better but no one can control that.

The food was mostly good but some day's were less desirable. We were disappointed that filet wasn't offered at all unless you paid extra. Two days you were offered a discount of $10 instead of $16.95 but still. Not too long ago filet was a menu choice once or twice during a 9+ day cruise.

Cabin Review

Interior Stateroom

Cabin M

We usually get a large interior cabin but they were sold-out so we took a smaller one. Truthfully we were pleasantly surprised because it wasn't a whole lot smaller. the differences were; there was only one night table on the side of our bed (2 beds joined), a large chair instead of the small love-seat, bathroom didn't have shelf space like the larger interior and I think that's all. We had a difficult time fitting our luggage under the bed. This is our old fashion luggage that usually slides right under the bed. Of course our newer piece of luggage would never fit. The pillows were awful but our room steward, Jony some how found us two firm, thicker pillows that didn't deflate like a piece of paper!!
