After cruising Fascination for many years, it was refreshing to have a new ship in Jacksonville. I flew to Puerto Rico in April to cruise back to Jacksonville on Elation and love it so much, I immediately booked an August and November cruise!

Although the rooms are somewhat outdated, I like the "old" bathrooms better as they provide a medicine cabinet for makeup, etc. The common areas appear to have been updated and are more colorful and attractive than those on Fascination.

The exterior is in need of updating, as it is rusty and has a lot of peeling paint. I've heard rumors that it will go in for an overhaul next year.

Cabin 6B

Cabin was clean and comfortable. It's the "old" style, but the bathroom provides more storage than the newer updated bathrooms.
