Ate breakfast at hotel. Hotel arranged car service to Liberty cruise port. Traffic is crazy in NYC. Our driver with poor English skills got us within a couple of blocks of cruise port and then going wrong way lots of construction. I kept saying we were going wrong way. Finally had to ask him to pull over and figure it out. Finally back towards cruise port.
Traffic getting to cruise port drop-off was horrible. Only seem to be letting one vehicle at a time pull in. Cruise port issue.
