Sail Date: Nov 2016
Cabin: Junior Suite

We have been thinking about visiting Greece many times but found it to be impossibly hot in the summertime. As I retire this fall we thought that it might be a good time and found this cruise. This is our second cruise ever and the first in over ten years (Dawn Princess Inside passage Alaska).

We made an early embarkation since it was raining heavily in Venice that day (arrived day before - highly recommended!). Embarkation process was smoothie and the luggage reached our stateroom well in time before dinner. Obviously there is a lot of "standing in line" but that is to be expected.

Cabin was ready by 1pm which gave us time to "fight it out" and have a quick lunch in the Windjammer. This is a venue that we only visited twice - this first lunch and when we were late for lunch after an excursion. We had a Junior Suite (8084) and it was perfect for us. It never felt cramped and the balcony was also quite nice (on some pictures it appeared as if it would have dock chairs which it does not. Did not matter but worth mentioning). No noice from anywhere except wind from the ocean.

Cabin Review

Junior Suite

Cabin JS

Spacious. Good bathroom. Quiet! Nice balcony. Some "dust in the corners" if you looked carefully. Would gladly have same cabin again.

Port Reviews

Corfu

Saw old fort and Corfu town on our own. Enjoyed it.
