This is our first Princess experience, picked for the itinerary. Very disappointed, especially the food and entertainment, it is not unusual to circle the buffet 2-3 times and unable to fill a plate. The saving grace is the serving staff, overall very obliging.

The organisation for the tender port was chaotic, especially in Bali, we got an L-plater driver who had trouble parking the tender along the terminal, we were stuck in the tender for more than 30 min whilst he tried repeatedly. Needless to say, this created a domino effect of several other tenders being delayed and shore tours coming back late in the afternoon.

We are elite on Celebrity, and have also travelled on Royal Caribbean, Cunard and HAL, we feel that Princess should on the minimum be comparable to RC, however, based on Golden Princess, we feel that it is far below par, it will take a lot for us to attempt another Princess.
