Sail Date: Sep 2016

We were disappointed in our experience with this ship and the employees. The pool bartenders were the exception, they provided a fun environment with a great attitude but beside that the staff seem tired, overworked, and over it. Our room attendant was pleasant but other travelers in other parts of the ship with us had a very different room attendant experience. Customer service was a zero rating and actually upsetting at moments on the trip. My sister got married on the ship and the staff couldn’t have cared less. It seemed the staff was pre-occupied and not interested in making this a special event and they really didn’t acknowledge the wedding couple before, during, or after the ceremony when other arrangements were promised. The staff and wedding coordinators didn’t follow with multiple wedding arrangements made months in advanced and poorly communicated with the wedding couple about the one-sided changes (seemed like because they knew the couple couldn’t do anything about it then because they had already booked the ship and were set to sail in less than week). DBS (the entertainment band) was great and the best part of the whole vacation. Food and meals were less than mediocre. I do not recommend this trip/ship. We actually went through a tropical storm/hurricane and you would think that would be the most troubling part of the trip but actually the customer service was worse.
