Cabin: Mid-Ship Oceanview Porthole Window

Went with friends who have been on cruises before. We found Cabin staff and some wait staff very friendly. The food was very good. I was gluten free and Osmond looked after my menus every day, always with a smile and helpful advice. Some of the wait staff appeared to be under trained and language was sometimes a problem. The Security staff when reembarking at each Port were over officious and at times we felt like criminals. The ship was clean and our cabins were perfect, The bed was comfortable and as we had an Ocean view, did not feel hemmed in.

Another criticism was the lack of training of some staff (not their fault) and the fact that we had to buy water from the ship and when we reembarked had to tip any water we had left out. We thought this very extreme.

Also the fact we were told the tax for our bottle of wine was only while we were in Spanish Waters but we noticed the Tax was charged throughout the entire cruise. When questioned, we were told that we were given incorrect information.
