Our cabin steward, Basil, was phenomenal! Our room was extremely clean. Basil handled any request we made with attentiveness and the utmost efficiency.
Mel, from maintenance repaired our cabin air conditioning to peak performance, in a very timely manner.
Sylvia, in the dining room fixed the error on out set dining time for our able of 8, with the utmost efficiency.
Cabin Review
The cabin was very well maintained and very clean. We had 3 closets to hang our clothing and several drawers for both of us, as well as a nice vanity area.
The bed was very comfortable!
Port Reviews
Miami
Our embarkation in Miami was very efficient and was completed in a short amount of time.
Cozumel
We had previous been to Cozumel and had done the Tulum ruins which we previously enjoyed. This time we did some shopping in port, enjoyed some beer, and purchased some Kahlua.
