Having sailed on numerous cruises some excellent, most very good, It needs to advised that I and my husband have just experienced the ‘Worst” cruise imaginable ‘Costa Cruises’ booked through Imagine Cruising.

COSTA VICTORIA – ASIA- SHANGHAI – October 2016

After a tiring flight JHB to Shanghai we were booked in a hotel far from anywhere, with one English Speaking Manager, who was helpful, courteous and charming. The room was basic but comfortable, no soap or hand towels in the bathroom, no control over the air-conditioning, two teabags no coffee, sugar or milk. The restaurant service was horrendous, six of us ordered, the one male party received his food first, as he finished his meal, the next male member received his. His starter of 3 spring rolls arrived after his main course which was fish with steamed rice, they gave him 13 spring rolls, after eating a few of them the next male received his food, the three ladies received their food of Duck when he was half way through his meal, and the male with spring rolls then received his steamed rice.
