Three friends and I took this cruise at the recommendation of a travel agent. And we had the greatest time. The staff of the Starlight Dining Room treated us like royalty. Milton and John were our servers and took care of our every whim and need. The staff of the Windjammer Dining Room were just as efficient and friendly. Ship was clean. All staff members were friendly and courteous, always with a smile and greeting. All in all, a very pleasant, memorable cruise. Thank you for your hospitality. Cozumel was an interesting port-of-call. We shopped in the stores. Enjoyed the sights. We did not go on any of the shore excursions. Enjoyed our time in town. Spent a rainy afternoon playing cards in the Windjammer. Staff was enjoying our enjoyment. I liked the smaller ship. It was easy to find your way around. I liked walking the deck in the morning, and relaxing on Deck 6 astern. Plenty of places to relax. Poolside was fun, with all the activities. I thought that getting on and off the ship was efficiently done. No hassles or trouble. And was taken care of quickly. I would definitely travel on the Empress of the Seas again.

Cabin Review

Cabin Very small

Inside cabin on Deck 3 was very small. Clean, but small.
