I traveled with myself and 20 other people. For starters we booked all at the same time and our rooms were all on opposite ends of the ship. It was my mother's birthday and for most part no one besides myself and one of my sisters had ever cruised before. First of all the amenities that signed up for and were promised were not given ie. (onboard credit, unlimited internet and unlimited drink package). Out of all the cabins in our group mine was the smallest, it literally made me claustrophobic (and to think we paid $2500 per cabin and had 5 cabins.) The toilet didn't flush on three out of the 7 days we were aboard. In my mom's room the tub was clogged, they didn't get their drink package until day 2, they didn't even get their wifi until day 4 and never got their onboard credits. In another cabin the sheets were not changed for the 1st 2 days and you could clearly see food stains they didn't receive their onboard credits, the bartenders were rude to them and guest assistance refused to refund $378 in gratuity fees. On my mom's birthday we had dinner at the Manhattan Room and she ordered steak and there was hair in it and I ordered roasted chicken and when I cut into it it was raw. Blood was actually coming from it. Every meal that we ate was cold except for in Shanghai Noodle House. I paid for the unlimited beverage package and was told that i couldn't get a soda all i could get was alcoholic beverages. My 17 year old daughter went to the bar at midnight to get a shirley temple and the bartender named Rose told her she should come back tomorrow and get a shirley temple but she should get a cup a milk and go to bed. We were suppose to go to Orlando Beaches Port Canaveral, Great Stirrup Cay Bahamas and Nassau Bahamas but only stopped in Florida and Nassau. We ended up in Nassau for 2 days and spent more time on the boat than off. All excursions were cancelled for Port Canaveral and there was no explanation for why we stop at Great Stirrup Cay Bahamas. The Guest Assistance workers were very rude and when they were not rude they didnt understand us or we didnt understand them
