Horrible horrible - no guarantee you will get to your planned destination and royal carribbean can take you any where and y0u won't get your money back!! We ended up in new jersey for $5k think before you go - royal carribean will blame you if you decide to go during hurricane season and the route gets changed. lack of honesty on conditions to passengers and route destinations, very unsafe areas, ship is very old and run down, spa area was leaking extremely bad from rain, entertainment and shows impacted because stage area was wet, doors openly and slamming all night, people falling, pool ceiling collapsed, hall ways closed, lights leaking on deck 8 from flooding on deck 9, took two days to go from baltimore to new jersey. our only cruise and will never go back!!

No guarantee of reimbursement even if they don't take you to a comparable destination!!!!

the anniversary cruise of a lifetime was one of the worst experiences of my life - doors in cabins flying open so bad my family had to our luggage in front of them, water everywhere, safety cones, and leaking lights, we didn't get to see anything first two days we were in our cabin sick.
