Sail Date: Oct 2016
Cabin: Balcony Stateroom

We were asked to join two friends on this cruise. They had not sailed this line but had been on others. This was our first cruise. We were so excited. The embarkation was so easy and smooth. The ship was absolutely beautiful. Although we had not been on any other to compare it to, all we spoke with agreed. Our cabin was so very pleasant, albeit small but by cruise standards it was large. We had a balcony and loved sitting out on it in the quiet of the morning.

We could not begin to tell you how fabulous the shows were. The talent of the entertainers was huge. (I can tell you that the story that Michael Jackson is dead are not true. We saw and heard him on the stage our last night on ship...REALLY)

Now, everyone, and I mean EVERYone said "wait until you experience the food" before we went on the cruise. Well they were WRONG. The food was awful. I mean terrible. In the normal dining room nothing we had was the correct temperature. Food that should be hot was, at best, warm. Food that should be cold was luke cold. Portions were small and the buffet was a literal zoo. People pushing and jumping the line and running into you.
