This was our 13th cruise with Princess and we found this trip to be the most unsatisfying !

It mostly revolved around the food! The food on the other ships has been good and much improved over what we have had the last few years. The Ruby is a cluster! The buffet is small and has no room to lay out the food therefore creating long lines, the desserts are all mixed in with the food not even all in one spot and there is no rhyme or reason for the food they put out. For example, many ships have Italian night, German night etc and post in on the patter what will be in the buffet that night. Not on the Ruby, you are on your own...there may be some Italian and some german and just food that doesn't go with anything else they are serving. Some nights we had a hard time even coming up with a meat dish!

The main dining rooms serve the same food on the same night every single cruise! No need to go look at the menu for the night if you have been on a Princess cruise before, every ship serves the same meals the same nights every week! CRAZY!

Cabin BE

New Mattresses are HORRIBLE! Way too soft and already (after 4 months) sagging in the middle even with a bed board!! The new bedding was very nice though!
