Enticed to try because of loyalty level transition program.
Food was worst I have ever encountered on a ship. Presentation in buffet was excellent, but food was cold, nothing hot.
Dining room not much better. Servers overworked. Usually drinks didn't arrive until dinner was mostly over. Didn't have beverage servers, waiters needed to go to a bar to get guest drinks. "long line" was the nightly excuse.
Staff very friendly and well trained for multilingual passenger manifest.
Ship design not customer friendly. Style trumped functionality. Inadequate seating at pools, public passageways took passengers between entertainers and audience in several venues. Venues difficult to get to, signage on ship inadequate. Hallways zigged and zagged.
No hand rails on most steps. Theater accessible to a very limited number of wheel chairs or walkers. Stage visibility from balcony very poor. No way would t want to be on this ship in rough seas.
I never say never, so I will just say I am unlikely to sail MSC again.
