staff was good some where not happy but still helped when asked. Main dinning was below avg food and when lobster was on the menu there was an up charge of $25 to get lobster. the app had the entertainment nights wrong so I missed the one show I wanted to see. Buffet was good compared to main dinning. We had the ultimate drinking package the we got as a perk for having a mini-suite but could not get a drink while in Victoria, BC so if you paid for it there was one whole day that you paid for and not get a drink. Had good excursions. The white pass train was great in Skagway. In Ketchikan the eagles, toetems and lighthouse is a must do. Would do Alaska again just not on NCL. The mini-suite was nice and the bathroom was good size. The ship overall was okay but all the talk about tanzanite was too much
