I've always thought of a Mediterranean Cruise...part of the bucket list. I travelled with my 19 year old grand daughter and we did enjoy it overall, the idea being that we could cover a lot of ground in a limited time available to us. We embarked in Venice which I've visited twice before. There was a somewhat lengthy delay getting onto the ship. There was no mobile check in. Although we had submitted all relavant information we had to queue for about an hour.

On board our cabin boarded on the claustrophobic. We enjoyed the dining room service, but the food was mass produced and overrated. Some of the entertainment we enjoyed, some we gave a miss. We didn't buy Tours as I knew the ports. Our Turkey destination was cancelled..not the Cruise Lines fault and instead we went to Crete, a destination I'd always wanted to visit but never had.

The Spa was overpriced; a capative audience. My grand daughter won a massage and they billed her for a thirty dollar gratuity!

Large Ocean View Stateroom

If this room was large I wouldn't want to be in a small one. At least we had a window which gave an illusion of space
