First of all the positive. The crew on this ship is great. They are very friendly and willing to help any time you ask. Our steward was great and dinning room staff, especially IRMA was great! Our cabin was on the Riviera deck, Standard ocean view nothing fancy. The problem came when we tried to sleep, there must have been some kind of door banging back and forth as we were traveling. It was very loud like metal hitting metal. Could not sleep with this racket. We called he front desk after an hour later no one came and we went down to the front desk. The girl at the front desk AMY was very helpful and nice, she followed me down to the room and witnessed the noise.. She said it sounded funny. She called the engineer out. This guy was a real piece of work. After about 10 minutes he comes to our room and says its Vibration from the engines. There is nothing they can do. If it keeps up call back. Well I know this thing isn't stopping because it keeps clanking only louder. I guess they turned up the vibration. He comes out again and says he will se what he can do. He says he checks something and it should stop. If it starts up again call back. Wee it never stopped so we call again. AMY apologizes says the engineer went down and couldn't find anything wrong. She says the ship is moving so no repairs can be made. I totally understand, so we go to sleep with the clanging and banging all night long. The next day they make an offer to move us to another room give us a credit and away we go. Never found out what the banging was, but apparently it wasn't vibration He! He! He!. I've cruised about 20 times and really know engine vibration. This sounded like someone forgot to close something or tie something down.

Anyway back to the ship this ship is really dated basically falling apart. they were do all kinds of repairs while we were aboard. The food on the ship really is lacking. Don't know hat it is, but stuff doesn't taste like its supposed to. Prime rib isn't prime rib and steak is shoe leather. Yup! that bad! The hamburgers taste like old meet and the hot dogs smell old. The fries are great! If you order late night Pizza at the back of the boat, be prepared to wait about an hour for a slice of peperoni. The pizzeria guy isn't the fastest. If you order from the deli at the back of the ship, this may have you wait till breakfast is served. they are not in a real hurry back here, .Breakfast was great except they like to serve raw bacon. Out of the package on the grill two seconds and you get it half raw. never saw a crisp piece of bacon. The milk they serve is warm from the carton, there must be a shortage of ice o this bot, never saw the milk packed in ice like on other ships. The coffee sucks! Well tat was our six day cruise stay away from the casino can't win on this ship seriously!
