We chose the Brilliance because we cruised from Boston two years ago on the same ship. Two years ago the service was AMAZING! This trip turned out to be the biggest disappointment ever. We are diamond members and had to search high and low for all the so-called perks for diamond cruisers. (Pathetic) The food in the dining room was the worst we have ever had. It was tasteless, cold, and one of the oddest menus we have ever seen. Room service was unreal. Ordering room service for breakfast was something we loved to do so we could spend time on our balcony in the morning.. however.. it was the worst we have ever had.. Cold.. dry .. HOT milk, not warm.. HOT.. yogurt was as liquid as milk was.. I can't even describe it all.... Our dining room staff was less that standard and most didn't seem very happy to be there. Our room stewart however was our biggest perk. He did an amazing job and went above and beyond. No matter the perks.. this was our last cruise on Royal Caribbean..

Cabin Review

Deluxe Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin E2

Very small balcony, smaller room than we've ever had. Fridge did not work, nothing put in the fridge anyway.. tv had to be fixed three times..

Port Reviews

Malaga

We did the hop on hop off bus tour.. loved it

Gibraltar

Loved this port.. it was new to us. We shopped on first.. toured a glass blowing place which was really cool.. Pizza place there was YUMMY!

Barcelona

Love Barcelona

San Juan

It was tooooo hot to walk around San Juan. The stores are not as close to the port as they lead you to believe. There's a walgreens across the street that had a lot of nice things to buy lol
