We enjoyed our RCCL Vision of the Seas cruise. Unfortunately, we were served the worst hamburgers we've ever seen on a cruise line. A fair characterization of them would be hockey pucks, burnt ones. We were surprised the Spa Café, which is always a nice overflow area, had limited hours. We did not enjoy having to sign up for towels on the pool deck. The towel staff could have been more productively assigned helping customers doing other things. Royal Caribbean has apparently eliminated lobster as a standard entrée. On the positive side, the Captain was exceptionally friendly. He sang: How often does that happen? At disembarkation he wished each of us a pleasant journey home. It was a nice touch and appreciated. The entertainment was fine. Vision had an aerialist performance in the atrium. Sometimes it was fun to watch, some time not. Our dining steward added to our enjoyment. Once I asked for berries and he made sure they were available every night thereafter.
