Just returned from a 10 day Mediterranean cruise on Rhapsody of the Seas. It is one of the smaller ships in the RCCL fleet, but by far the BEST ship I had the pleasure of sailing on. The entire crew was outstanding beginning with the Captain. He was diligent in keeping everyone updated on when we were docking, when we were departing, weather and any special procedures in dock. He ended each message thanking us for sailing on the "super friendly" Rhapsody of the Seas.
Our room attendant, Lowell, kept our room spotless and was always available. The towel animals always a fun end to the day!
The dining staff, beginning with our head waiter, best known as Sexy Maria......was excellent. Past cruises, we saw the head waiter night one and our last night. Maria made it a point of stopping at each table EVERY night in the Edelweiss Dining room. She greeted us in the Windjammer every morning and asked if there was anything she could do for us. She was an absolute breath of fresh air and sunshine. Our wait staff - Katyia and Ramel were friendly, always made sure we got our wine and ALSO stopped to see us when they worked the Windjammer as well.
