Horrible service! Horrible value! There are hidden fees. Horrible service from staff aboard the ship. Because of the mandatory gratuity that is automatically added to your account, the staff may feel as if good service is not necessary because they are being tipped regardless. The food options were lacking... unless you wanted to pay additional fees to upgrade to more desirable dishes. The free room service that is stated on line is non existent....it consists of 2 premade sandwich choices and is not free, there is a fee. Ship appearance and decor is outdated. Furthermore, the company can change dates and cruise locations at will without issuing a refund. They will promise you a refund and then refuse you. They took me on a cruise to no where that did not dock when I paid for a cruise to the Bahamas. They did not even notify me of this until I arrived at the port. Big scam....not worth it. I unfortunately did not do my research until after which showed countless complaints and that they are NOT approved by the Better Business Bureau. I think its better to stay on the safe side with Carnival.
