Anton Tymeshenko is a photographer on board. Strike that, he is an artist with a camera. I highly recommend getting a photo shoot with him. Although pricey as all things on board are, the quality is phenomenal!

The service while on the ship was great, the food was good as well. Both my wife and I felt the service on our last cruise was better (Carnival Sensation). We also recommend booking shore excursions with somebody other than Carnival if you want to save some money and avoid some of the crowds. We did the cave tubing, jungle zip line, ancient Mayan ruins, snorkeling, and swimming with the manatees.

The last one, swimming with manatees, was truly a lifetime experience. Most people chose to swim with the dolphins but we did the manatees and they were priceless. 600lb + puppy dogs that cuddle with you and love attention.
