My husband and I have cruised on RCCL over 40 times and this trip was a disappointment. The room wasn't clean and the toilet inside was stained black. The room steward said that happens because of the rubber ring! After he explained the plumbing to us we felt comfortable about the black in the toilet. NO WE DID'NT! The employees were not happy at all. The only time you would get a smile was when they thought you were going to give them a tip. The comedy show now has a different format (1 comedian) and he wasn't that funny. In past cruises on Oasis they had 3 comedians and they were all really good. Went to a show in Opal theatre one night and they had popcorn ....and it was $2.50! WHAT? The ship appearance is tired and already needs a revamp. The food was mediocre. We will not be traveling on RCCL in th future.
