I chose this cruise for the ports of call and the price. I will cruise carnival again trying different ships. The food was good, not great, and always plentiful. I am not a night person so I didn't utilize the lounges or night entertainment shows. I did participate in games on board and had a great time with the Fun Crew. My cabin Steward Romi was excellent. He took great care of me. I traveled alone but he made sure i wasn't 'invisible'.

All of the crew I interacted with were always friendly and willing to help. The onboard pro shopper Justin was excellent. He helped with getting the best deals in all the ports and what not to do. Time listening to him was well spent. He also is your go to person for diamonds.

All in all I enjoyed my time on Sensation. There were weather issues, but that is out of anyone's control.

My cabin was in excellent condition and always clean.

Port Reviews

Nassau

Unfortunately we were so bombarded with rain it made getting around Nassau difficult.

Half Moon Cay

Completely enjoyed my time on Half Moon Cay. Beautiful, lounge chairs were plentiful and you can get a drink in just a couple of minutes. Water was gorgeous.

Grand Turk

Water was so beautiful. I didnt care for the fact you get in the water right next to the cruise ships. Margeritaville was a party and great time. While the service was slow (they were super super busy), the food was really good and prices were reasonable. I had the 'cheeseburger in paradise' and it was worthy of repeating that order in the future.
