My wife wanted us to go years ago i wouldn't budge [ silly bugger ] we booked for Tunisia before the trouble long story short we booked for the ship I couldn't fault it from the minute we stepped on we were greeted by smiles and good manners am a Chef so was interested in the food no complaints the Lido for breakfast and snacks or lunch outside on deck you got fantastic omelettes cooked in front of you piles of fruit at lunch plenty of choice night time was at the compass rose which was waiter service 2 waiters deserve a mention Glenn and Carl went above what was required of them nothing to much trouble for them If you get the chance to go into Soroco a restaurant on board where you pay a supplement of [ my pound sign brocken ] 19.99 some might say ohhh thats a lot or i paid already if they do mrs or mr give em a slap lol its fantastic its rosette style dinning a 6 course meal main course 14oz T Bone steak value for money , couple of things not to do dont drink the cans of pop in your cabin they not free will cost you 1.80 per can thats a $1.50 for any americans snacks set u back 2.30 bottled water 2.60 with the uk pound being so weak against the euro small pack of pringles 2.30 either take them with you or wait till you go ashore for brits one euro = 1 uk pound so watch what you buy offshore at one time loads of bargains they gone now still cheap for ciggs and booze tho but watch what you can take back or you will have it taken off you , The entertainment is good embrace it I won in the casino!!! excursions are a bit expensive go explore on your own if you can but not in casablanca very dirty place take the city tour for that one its well worth it we had friends who went on there own a few people did none of them enjoyed the experience ,If your on deck 2 you will meet the nicest house maid Olga who will leave you a towel animal they worth seeing lol going on a cruise will make you think twice about going away i saw 6 different countries on my 7 day cruise i for one wont go any where else for my big holidays ok a week in gran canaria is still ok tho lol
