Length and time of the year means little or no chance of children on board. Britannia balcony cabin on deck 5 toward the front was ideal for us and as we did not intend going ashore too often we were well placed for the ships facilities and reasonable vantage point to view our entry into and out of ports. We are very regular travellers with Cunard, we are Diamond level, and we are disappointed at the extortionate price of drinks even before the 15% service charge is added and a further 10% when in Spanish waters!! All other activities now mostly carry an additional nominal charge from $150 to €15 The daily programme is mostly filled with tasters for the Spar so they can sell products and treatments at enormously inflated prices! As a result of the pricing policy the Captains, World Club and senior Officers parties have become a mass scramble for a free drink The ship now bears all the indications of grabbing margin at any cost, The White Star service which Cunard believe they are delivering is no longer there Evening entertainment is at best reasonabley good but never top rate or excellent Every seat everywhere on the ship need reupholstering they have all sunk! Harsh words but very very true and echoed by all our fellow passengers, Cunard really need to take notice of the views of Britannia level customers, where the volume and growth potential is and stop pandering to the Grills passengers

Usual good Cunard Standard
