Friends had taken the same trip and recommended it to me. We booked one of the cheapest room and it was still very comfortable and quiet. The rooms were small but offered everything we needed. The rooms had several American plugs so converters were not necessary. The wi-fi on the ship was actually very good even when we were moving. The service was exceptional and the cruise director, Marianne, was the best. The meals were delicious and I especially liked that you did not have to dress up for them. It was also nice that you were not assigned a table and could sit wherever you wanted. It was also nice to have a second lighter fare option with each meal. Beer and wine were included with lunch and dinner and that was a very nice perk. We had a piano player on board who provided entertainment during lunch, the cocktail hour, and most evenings after dinner. One night our cruise director sang and provided the entertainment. She really was a delight and very talented. We enjoyed the shore excursions and the guides spoke very good English which made the tours even better.
