Although my husband & i were familiar w/all domestic ports, my brother-in-law & sister-in-law had never been to any, inc. Nyc, so it was all great fun. we are almost always on dolphin deck, generally same cabin! So always like coming home. foliage was beautiful. Service couldn't have been better, although major disappointment with no baked alaska parade for 8 pm traditional dining in palm dining room. giovanni offered weak excuse & anna, our server said early seating had parade but none scheduled for 8pm seating??? we always do 8pm traditional & this was first time ever that there was no baked alaska parade! food was better than last 2 cruises for sure; 1 disappointment was pheasant - dry!! entertainment was also better than last 2 cruises - in all venues! weather was cold but clear until quebec - rain - but we still had tons of fun! purpose was to see "fall foliage" & we weren't disappointed! we only did a few shore excursions this time & they were good - loved peggy's cove & bay of fundy reverse rapids was amazing. besides baked alaska, one other major complaint is disembarkation. leaving the ship was smooth; no problems at all. but the line for cab service was unbelievable & totally unacceptable. hope that never happens again!!! all in all - another great cruise with princess! 2 more already booked!

We love our Dolphin deck mini-suite! We often even choose the same cabin number! Our cabin steward was super!
