Have been on other HAL cruises but this was our first European cruise. Venice to Barcelona. Room Stewards were great. Room was prepared day and night while we were out. It was always immaculate.
Had great service in the Dining Room on the second floor..
Wine servers offered a variety of suggestions without coming up with a solid recommendation or two even with specific requests (dry not sweet, etc.)
Due to cancellation of our planned cruise in May, we elected to do the October cruise. This left us with only a few choice for the starboard side with a patio. This was a handicapped room. Shower only which was fine. The room was identified as being bigger. Only had 2 chairs when previously had a sofa and an end table. What was the biggest negative was the closet space seemed much smaller than with a non handicapped room.
