We were impressed with the ship, it was old but clean and fresh, cabin small but adequate.
Food was excellent, entertainment great, service and crew was fantastic. Ports of call we visited were interesting and overall had a good time. HOWEVER ship broke down three hours after leaving Livorno which meant we were floating mid ocean with engine shut down and had to be towed back to port. We spent one and a half days moored up till it was finally fixed. This resulted in missing out 2 ports of call and having to sail 24 hours to make our last port of call at Barcelona. Don't think compensation enough at £160 each for disappointment. How is this worked out? Also a lot of confusion on last day with people queuing at reception to get their refund in cash after being told it was going to be refunded to card.
