Demarcation at HK was a fiasco, not enough staff on arrival with no welcome, very long queues for a piece of paper that could have been sent out in advance.
Virtual screen worked only 1 day out of 7, despite repeatedly reporting.
Drinks package misrepresented at time of booking by planet cruise staff, so not directly RCLs fault but understand from a rock staff member that titling of drinks packages changed at some point- so an apparent lack of communication between agents/cruise company, if true and at the expense of the customer.
Didn't work, don't pay extra for this.
