Rude Italian staff. No chance of getting a chair by the pool on deck 14 or 15 during the day. Too many passengers for the size of the pools and hot tubs. Enough room for 2500 max, not 4500. No chance of ever getting a buffet table at mealtimes. My wife and I took turns snagging an open table while the other person went for food. No water fountains anywhere. Small 6 ounce glasses of water available at 4 locations on buffet. They would sometimes run out of glasses and this would go on for 20 minutes. No coffee cups on three occasions. Very rude "Head of Security." He should be fired and be replaced by his Deputy Head of Security who is extremely professional. Mixed up dining room meals on two or three occasions. They wanted to charge $3.50 to deliver a bucket of ice to our room at 7pm. The buffet food was just ok. The dining room food was fine, as was the food in the specialty restaurants. The ship is very clean, except that when we first got to our cabin we found dirty clothes from the previous occupant on the top shelf behind the life jackets (T-Shirt from St. Maarten a polo shirt and a dirty pair of green checked boxer shorts...) I fired them into the hall. Never again will I sail on MSC.
