I don't write bad reviews very often. I thought long before writing this one since this was the first river cruise I had ever experienced.

We were greeted by the Scenic Tours staff win Budapest aboard the Scenic Ruby and escorted into the lounge area for a cocktail on arrival. Victor was the nicest young man who was our waiter.

After we finished our drink (which gave the staff time to deliver our luggage to our room), we were checked in and escorted there. We had chosen a specific room (panorama suite) at the rear of the ship because we knew it would allow more room for us (my husband and me) to move around. I had checked the photos online (Scenic website) to make sure we would be pleased. I was never so disappointed. The photos of the suites on the website are NOT them same as the Scenic Ruby. Read more
