We chose this for the great itinerary, pricing and perks! Our 2nd cruise with Norwegian and we had a good time.Embarkation was very smooth and efficient and we were onboard by 12pm!The ship interior is a little gaudy but clean and well maintained with some lovely outside spaces away from the main pool deck if you want some peace and quiet. The crew were generally really pleasant and helpful although the bar staff in the cocktail bar, Magnums, were a little surly and avoided eye contact and didn't seem a happy bunch. We didn't use the casino and much of the entertainment is not to our taste but this applies to all the cruise lines we have tried so far and not just NCL. The speciality restaurants were most enjoyable, especially Cagney's and the main dining room food is ok but the deserts could be improved in our opinion. Really enjoyed 'The Great Outdoors' at the aft of the ship, lovely area to have breakfast on a warm day or enjoy a cocktail from the bar. The real star of the show, for us, was the itinerary with Venice, Dubrovnik and Santorini being real highlights. we would cruise on the Jade again for the right price and itinerary but would probably opt for a mini suite next time just for a little extra space!

Cabin Review

Mid-Ship Balcony

Cabin BA

Small cabin but adequate for 2 people for a week. Bed large and comfortable, split bathroom is good and shower is a proper cubicle rather than a shower curtain! Balcony small but ok for 2 .Interior is dated but very clean and I hope this will be addressed with the scheduled dry dock updates
