We have cruised RC several times. Little things make the difference and this time the little things were missing. My Time dining was fantastic, especially the service. (table 241).The stateroom attendant was equally professional. However, the price of beer and wine was outrageous-8.00/ beer and 13.00 for a wine. I really resent the 18% charge on the booze, especially when your already charged 13.50/ day/per person for mandatory tips. The booze package was 58.00/ day/per person. Who can drink that much. Schooners used to have bar snacks to enjoy - no more. A $ was applied to riding a bike in the gym as well as numerous other charges for special venues on the ship. It seems more and more that the dollar is the ultimate goal instead of fair value for the customer. We were on RC cruise about 2 years ago and the difference was mind boggleing. I will rethink our next cruise line.
