We always have found Princess very professional, our ships have always been clean and well serviced.We have been very fortunate to have friendly and interesting dining guests and shore excursions well organised and could be cheaper!The only frustrating thing was on embarkation the Diamond Princess was embarking at the same time and it was getting rather frustrating at the lack of information at the airport with 2 ships passengers arriving at the same time. If some of the passengers had been more patient it would have made the crews job much easier. I would recommend that future passengers research the shore excursions well before hand to avoid disappointment as they can be rather expensive. We have always booked with EZAire through Princess and occasionally it has helped when we've had some on board mechanical problem and arrived late in Port when timing has been critical for f;lights. Princess rescheduled and there was no angst!
