We chose this cruise as we only wanted to do a short cruise this time, and as we had been on the Spirit before and enjoyed it so much. This time was very disappointing as far as the food and service in the dining room was very disappointing compared to other cruises we have been on. For this reason we feel it will be some time before we choose the Spirit again. The entertainment on board was ok, drink prices were good value. We feel this ship has dropped its standards as far as encouraging people to use the hand wash before entering eating areas, most other ships are very pro-active at the entry to dining areas. Boarding and disembarking was excellent, tender operation for shore tour was well organised. Cabin was clean and well serviced, you could choose if you wanted once a day or twice daily, we chose once a day and had no problems.
