This was our 1st time cruising with Princess and it has now become my favorite cruise line. Embarkation and Disembarkation were a breeze. No problems, everyone helpful, moved very quickly. The Regal is absolutely exquisite. Loved the layout of the Piazza. You could sit on all three decks mid ship and be a part of what was happening in the Piazza. Our favorite bar was Crooners with bartenders Jason and Grace. And the servers were top notch. Never waited to be served. They were always there. Milky Way Martini the best!! Our cruise director Martyn Moss and his staff Angela and Dave made our cruise fun and unforgettable. The entertainment was fabulous. Food at all venues was wonderful. We dined in both the Main Dining Room and the Buffet. The buffet was the best I've ever experienced. Horizon Court, Bistro, Pastry Shop, Pizza, Grill...what more do you need. And they were all great. You did not want for anything. And the service in the dining room was impeccable. Creme Brûlée my favorite dessert.

The ports were all very nice. We did not do any excursions. We just walked through towns and explored on our own. We had a bonus in Newport, RI...a seafood festival on Bowens Wharf. We stayed on board ship while in Boston since we had just done a trip there last year. It was relaxing on board while everyone was on shore!! Bar Harbor and Halifax were very pretty. We missed Saint John's because the captain decided that the cross winds and cross currents made it unsafe to go into port. I am especially thankful the Princess keeps their passengers safe. The Cruise Director and his staff planned lots of events for that unforeseen day at sea. I give them lots of credit for last minute changes going so smoothly and they provided lots of fun things to do.

Cabin Review

Balcony

Cabin BD

Small but still enough space. Lots of storage room. Balcony was the smallest I've ever had on a cruise, but still enough room to sit out there and enjoy.

Port Reviews

New York (Manhattan)

I live in Long Island NY and grew up in NJ. But still love NY.

Newport

We walked the pier. Newport is a very pretty town.
