I traveled wth my mother who is 81 and I'm 54 . This was a repo cruise from Bayonne NJ we had three days at sea with a stop in St Martin and St Thomas . This was our first cruise with Celebrity my mother had to use a cane for this trip and the cruise line was very helpful with getting her in the handicap line for boarding the ship . We were able to board after the people who were in suites. For disembarking they had wheel chair assistance from ship to cab which was a blessing because my mom's mobility got worse during the trip.
We were in room 9008 our stateroom attendant was Bambang he did a great job with keeping room cleaned and providing ice for us etc. He even cleaned the balcony Windows . I've been on many cruises and I would have to say this cabin was the best , even though it was an older ship . I did not notice any damage to this cabin whatsoever it had a lot of storage space and we only had to go up one flight for the buffet and spa.
The ship as a whole was very beautiful and was easy to find where everything was if you are directionally challenged like me. The public bathrooms were kept cleaned as was everything else I did not notice any tables in the buffet that were left dirty. There was always someone coming around to clean tables.
Great cabin no complaints .
