Let me start by saying I love this ship, truly. I have sailed on Enchantment 5 times now and would not hesitate to again. However...she is in desperate need of a makeover. And I'm not talking lipstick and mascara, she needs surgery! There are so many places (mostly plumbing/public restrooms) that need attention. In one public restroom, the thick metal wall panel behind the toilet actually fell onto my friend! The men's room flooded out into the hallway outside of the Windjammer on our last day. Even so staff was continuously cleaning the restrooms, they were always smelly. Most time I just went back to my cabin to use the restroom. I have zero other complaints! Staff was attentive and friendly. Drinks and food delicious and plentiful. Check in was a breeze. We did miss Coco Cay, but that was unavoidable due to high winds. Did not receive my Emerald amenity in the cabin, no biggie next cruise I am Diamond!

Panoramic Ocean View Stateroom

Cabin F

Clean, good location near elevator. The pull down berth was a bit noisy on rocky nights at sea.
